How to survive and thrive in crashing markets
Your Instructor
Rowland Webb, founder of TheOrdinaryInvestor.com and author, has transformed his previous experience of twelve years of science education into a passion for teaching wealth building and investing. While having a Bachelors degree in Chemistry from UVA and a Masters degree in K-12 Physics Education from George Washington University, he has been actively investing in the stock market for over ten years. With a goal of empowering others financially, he hopes to inspire and educate those interested in investing and building wealth.
The story began with a quest for early retirement and a realization that teachers do not make tons of money. So, in his case, learning to invest was a must. After years of tracking the market, taking extensive classes in stocks and options, and reading several personal finance books; he developed simple ways to manage money to keep more money in your pocket so you have more choices in life. Through consistent planning and support from his ambitious and awesome wife, Rowland was able to take a leap of faith; and, retire from the traditional classroom at the age of 35. He has strategically created wealth plans that put his family's money to work, reduce stress and worry about money, and allows his family to make choices that they never thought would be possible ten years prior.
Rowland has also taken several stock and options investing courses from Optionetics, Options Animal, ETN trade, and Simpler Options to name a few. He is well versed in long-term stock and option investing strategies.
